Dr Hee Soo Yin an Executive Coach with ANspired, is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) with the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

An Executive Coach with ANspired, Maribel is a Master Certified Coach(MCC-ICF). She is a seasoned Senior Leader in People Management and International Training and Development of Civic and Non-Profit Organizations, for over 25 years. She believes that potentially, people have a deep call and capacity to humanize any workplace or community as fundamentals for shaping any success with deep impact. Alignment towards the achievement of the desired personal or corporate goals, vision and mission is achievable through Transformative Coaching and Mentorship. She has designed, led interventions towards managing change, employee engagement and performance management, through partnerships with Business and Civic Leaders.

A Leadership Coach with ANspired, Dr Gakenia is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Doctorate in Leadership and Change. She is a Leadership Lecturer, Coach and Trainer. A Kenyan, she is equipped with over 19 years of working experience in diverse functions such as consulting, lecturing, coaching, training, team management, business development, customer service, relationship management and resource mobilisation.

A Leadership Coach with ANspired, Claudia is a Professional Certified Coach( PCC- ICF). A German national, she has been in Singapore since 2019 and coached clients from all over the world. She is passionate about culture, diversity, equity and inclusion. Having coached people from all over the world, she is convinced that there are different ways of expression and is interested in the cultural key between Asia and the West. She is also interested in integrating people into the world of work in the sense of COVID - Empowerment for New Work, New Leadership. Her goal is for her clients to live their lives according to their strengths, motivations and talents. Becoming aware of strengths means recognising the situation in which you or your team are successful according to your behavioural style. A high degree of authenticity lets people recognise their limitations.

A Leadership Coach with ANspired, Matthew is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach and is a coach trainer and supervisor with Coach Masters Academy, Counselling Psychologist in training, and project manager for Haraya Coaching, who excels in high-pressure and high-impactful environments that contribute to the development of society’s perspective on well-being and training & development. Matthew drives sustainable change through his years of expertise in problem-solving, training and development facilitation, module design, and project management in companies such as Procter & Gamble Philippines, Unilever Philippines, and Globe Telecommunications.

A Leadership Coach with ANspired, Francisco is a seasoned Global Operations and End to End Supply Chain Management professional. Experienced in sector/industries such as Retail (Nike), ICT (Cisco Systems), Telecommunications (Alcatel Lucent), Commodities (BHP Billiton), and Finance (Deustche Bank), his key roles include Business Setup/Start-up, Project Management, Business Process, Business Intelligence, and System Integration. He has covered global functions mainly in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. A Spanish national, he currently resides in Singapore where he provides his coaching services globally.

Ever the cheerleader particularly when it comes to empowering fellow women, Zarina is Anita’s trusted sidekick and dared her to dream ANspired into life. Zarina’s passion for the written word and hunger to push personal boundaries makes her an inspiring educator and marketing communications professional. Besides wearing the marketing comms hat at ANspired, Zarina is also head of communications and PR with an international trade fair organizer as well as an adjunct lecturer at Murdoch University.
