Who is this program for?

What makes WIP different from other coaching for women?
It’s outcome-oriented, not motivational. You get a defined 12-session structure, work at the level of leadership identity, and a coach who holds you to what you commit to.
How much time will I need to commit?
Twelve sessions across roughly six months, plus the reflection and practice you do between them. We set the cadence together at the start.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re prepared to look honestly at what’s working and what isn’t, and to act on it, you’re ready. The discovery call will confirm the fit quickly.
