Doramontie’s career began in communications consultancy and ran through more than two decades inside the corporate world — including work with Fortune 500 companies in strategic planning, change management and executive communications.
She moved into coaching and earned the ICF Master Certified Coach credential, then expanded the practice to include teaching, mentor coaching and qualified coaching supervision.
