Who is this program for?
Women in leadership roles with increasing scope who want clarity, presence, and a disciplined plan, paired with real accountability.
What makes WIP different from other coaching for women?
It’s outcome-oriented, not motivational. You get a defined 12-session structure, work at the level of leader identity, and a coach who holds you to what you commit to.
How much time will I need to commit?
Twelve sessions across roughly six months, plus the reflection and practice you do between them. We set the cadence together at the start.
How do I know if I’m ready?
If you’re prepared to look honestly at what’s working and what isn’t, and to act on it, you’re ready. A first conversation will confirm the fit quickly.
