Shifting from the corporate world to the coaching field felt incredibly natural to Doramontie Nelleman. This transition wasn’t just because her previous roles involved close interactions with top executives but also because she had long been seen as a coach by her peers and stakeholders even before she officially took on the title. Supporting others in achieving their best has always been profoundly fulfilling and integral to who she is.
Doramontie Nelleman’s journey began as a communications consultant, but it wasn’t long before she found herself drawn to formalize her coaching abilities by enrolling in a coaching program. From there, everything fell into place. She couldn’t be happier with that decision; she genuinely feels she has discovered her true calling. Since then, she has invested countless hours on Zoom, honing her coaching skills and deepening her expertise.
Today, she is proud to be among the top one percent of coaches worldwide who have earned the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation—the highest level of accreditation in the coaching profession. She is also one of the few MCCs based in Singapore.
