In our final session today, Anita guided me to reflect on the progress I’ve made — not only in this year’s coaching (2023) but since our first conversation in early 2022. Together we traced a clear line of growth from being externally reactive and anxious to becoming internally curious and grounded.
Earlier in my journey, I often struggled with imposter syndrome — constantly comparing myself to others and questioning my capabilities. Anita helped me reframe those thoughts, focusing instead on my own values and growth. Through our sessions, I developed strategies for emotional resilience and a genuine sense of confidence.
