Some problems don’t belong to any one person. When the issue lives in how a team works together, coaching one leader at a time can only reach so far.

A leadership team can be full of capable people and still underperform as a unit, because performance lives in the system between them: trust, alignment, and the dynamics that decide how decisions actually get made.

Team coaching works on that system directly. It’s bespoke and systemic, scoped around your team’s real challenges, with two credentialed coaches in the room and the outcomes agreed before we begin.

WHO THIS IS FOR

When team coaching earns its place.

01

Excellent individuals, underperforming unit

Your people are individually excellent, but as a team they underperform.

02

Trust frayed by change

A restructure or rapid growth has left trust and clarity frayed.

03

Misalignment slows decisions

Conflict or quiet misalignment between senior players is slowing real decisions.

04

Strong leader, not yet one team

The leader is strong, but the group still isn’t operating as one team.

05

Strategy needs a step change

The next phase needs a different way of working together, not just more effort.

06

Hard conversations avoided

Meetings are busy, but the conversations that matter keep getting deferred.

HOW IT WORKS

An engagement, not an event.

01

Scope the engagement

A confidential conversation with the team’s leader and sponsor to understand the situation, the stakes, and what needs to shift. We define what success looks like before we begin.

02

Diagnose the system

We assess how the team actually functions using established systemic diagnostics (PERILL), surfacing the dynamics, not just the symptoms, that individual coaching can’t reach.

03

Coach the team over time

Co-created sessions across the engagement, grounded in Systemic Team Coaching. The team does real work on real challenges, together, in the room and between sessions.

04

Embed and review

We return to the outcomes we set, track progress in the work itself, and make sure the shifts hold after we step away. Lasting change, not a temporary lift.

WHO’S IN THE ROOM

Two coaches, one system in focus.

Anita leads every engagement and pairs with a co-coach whose background fits your team’s context. Between us we hold ICF’s two highest credential tiers, PCC and MCC, which is not standard in the market and shows in the quality of the work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Before you commission team coaching.

How is team coaching different from a workshop or offsite?
A workshop is an event; team coaching is an engagement. We work with your team over months, on your real challenges, so new ways of working actually embed rather than fade by the following week. The focus is the system, how the team operates together, not a one-off content session.
Who is in the room, and how long does it run?
Two coaches and your team, typically over 9 to 12 months. Anita leads, paired with a co-coach whose background fits your team’s context. The cadence is agreed during scoping, around your calendar and the work itself.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. What’s said in the room stays in the room. We agree up front with the sponsor what outcomes we’ll review against, and report progress at that level, without disclosing the content of sessions.

FOR INDIVIDUAL LEADERS

Is it one leader, not the whole team?

When the challenge sits with a single leader navigating pressure, stakeholders, or transition, individual executive coaching is the sharper tool. We run both, and we’ll tell you honestly which one fits.
